North Face Investments was founded in 2003 by the Dabdoub family, whose development efforts have been woven into the fabric of Southern Arizona and Sonora, Mexico since the early 1900s. With deep roots in commerce, real estate development, and hospitality, the family’s strong sense of place has long guided their vision for the region’s growth.

Led by Founder and Managing Partner Rudy Dabdoub, NFI’s diverse portfolio includes restaurants, hotels, real estate, and more.
