ABOUT
The Dabdoub family has been intertwined with the fabric of Sonora, Mexico and Southern Arizona since the early 1900s. With niches in commerce, manufacturing, and hospitality, it was from the family’s strong sense of place that they envisioned the growth and success of the region they call home. In 2003 the Dabdoubs created North Face Investments LLC to develop much-needed projects throughout the rapidly growing southwest. Rudy Dabdoub, Managing Member, oversees the design, development and construction of the firm’s projects.
Drawing on collective talents and more than 40 years of experience, North Face Investment’s professionals are well-versed in the complexities of developing a project from the ground up. We employ a proven systematic approach to hospitality development that covers the entire process, from market feasibility through site selection, entitlements, construction, and operations management.
