Downtown Tucson’s Newest Hotel

The new 8-story, European style hotel is Downtown’s first hotel in over 45 years and features 136 rooms, a rooftop pool with nearby bar, a lobby bar and lounge, a fitness center, a locally managed spa, a 200-space public parking garage, and nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

Hub Ice Cream Factory now open

Downtown’s newest ice cream shop is now open at 245 E. Congress St., across the street from its parent Hub Restaurant and Ice Creamery, 266 E. Congress St.
